If working out and being healthy and fit isn't enough to get you off the couch and into a gym then maybe improving your sex life can be that extra boost you need. Don't get me wrong health and fitness can make you look good and feel good but it can also make your sex life so much more enjoyable. By incorporating exercise into your daily routine you can increase your potency along with making sex with your partner so much better. To get yourself on the road to a happy sex life here are a few things you need to do to help in the areas you wish to improve.

By conditioning your body through exercise you can then sustain those unusually positions for longer periods of time. I mean let's face it, there's nothing worse than really getting into the swing of things when you or your partner because either winded or uncomfortable, talk about a turn off for both of you. If you are going to need to hold yourself or your partner in certain positions you also need to think about muscle strength. By doing exercises that will increase both your arm and leg muscles those fun positions you have been dying to try can move to the top of the “I can do it” list.

For those who desire more enthusiastic sex, you will want to look into doing a decent about of cardio exercises. These exercises include but not limited to walking, swimming, running and anything that will get you breathing heavy. Incorporate one of these exercises into your daily routine and you will see the difference and your partner will love you for it.

Are you looking to get into a few of those more exciting positions but just don't seem to have the flexibility to do them? Try doing yoga regularly. This will increase your flexibility and make getting into those exciting positions so much easier.

One more great thing about health and fitness is that it can also reduce the amount of stress you feel. Everyone knows that when you are stressed out sex is one of the furthest things from your mind. By reducing your stress level you will be much more relaxed, happy and have more of that great sexual desire that will keep you and your partner happy.

Health and fitness can really improve all aspects of your life from your appearance, to your stress levels, your moods and of course your sex life. What more do you need to get you up off the couch and working out?
